Returns & Refunds

At King's Vault Collectibles, we specialize in authentic and limited-edition collectibles. Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Opened or used items
• Packaging wear that does not affect the product itself

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
